Renegade Enhancements/Bug Fix's:

  1. Message Header Editing Option -

     1. The MAScanOut Flag will no longer be set if the message status
        is changed to Un-Sent by a MsgSysOp (or above) if the message
        is in the private message area or the message area is not an
        Echomail or Groupmail area.
